Windows Mail not replying with correct email address

I am using windows mail with internet provider Comcast
I have four email accounts with comcast. A (default) and B, C, D secondary
accounts
Each has its own user name and password,
If I Send email from B to C, A downloads it, but will show that B sent it.
If I click reply A is always the email address it replies with.
So basically Default account downloads all email from all four accounts, But
all four accounts can send > so (e-mail address removed), sends, but (e-mail address removed)
recieves all the emails from ABC&D
All my accounts are set up seperately with there own user name and password,
and in the properties, it has the reply with field filled out with its
respective email address. (Ex (e-mail address removed) shows it should reply with
(e-mail address removed)) etc..
Now, I am using McAfee and they say its not them, I talked with Comcast. and
they say its not them, that its microsoft (Windows Mail problem)
All I know is that this was never a problem in XP with Outlook express, and
i would like for my a, b, c and d accounts to all send and receive and REPLY
with there own account.. Can SOMEONE please help me befor I lose my mind.
Thank you.

Can you tell me if I purchase the WMID's will it make windows mail act like
OE, When I open windows mail will it download all my different accounts in
that one identity? and then allow me to reply with automatically replying
with the email address it was sent to? or will i have to log into each
identity?
Thanks

It is not at all clear to me how one account (A) can download messages
addressed to the other accounts (B, C, and D). How are you ascertaining
that A is doing all the downloading since Windows Mail has only one
common Inbox? It might be revealing to add the Account column to the
message list pane, so you can verify which account downloaded what
message.

Well for instance,
I would do a test, Create a mail, using B as the send from, and C as the
send to.
Then hit send and receive/Account C, I could sit there and it would never
come. Then hit send and receive/Account A, and it would download the message
that Account B sent to C.

And yes, I did put the column for Accounts and it was Account A that
downloaded the message. Which I do not understand, and contacted Comcast but
they say its Windows mail (third party program)

I assume you have double-checked the Servers tab of each account's
properties, to make sure the "E-mail Username" field under
Incoming Server has its unique username.

Otherwise, the only explanation that fits is that the accounts are not
truly independent. Account A is acting like a master account. That
behavior is not inherent in Windows Mail, so it must be due to the way
Comcast has created those sub-accounts.

Yes I have checked all the accounts, and they each have there own unique
user name, and password, I just got a new computer and vista, It did not do
this when I have my old computer and Outlook Express. So it has to be the
Windows Mail.??
Wouldnt you think?

Do you know anything about the WMID'd that the first responder to my post
mentioned? If so-- If I were to purchase that would Windows Mail act more
like OE, Would I be able to open Windows mail and download all messages (with
out having to log in to each ID) to all my email accounts, and reply to the
emails and automatically reply with the email address it was sent to.

Thanks, because if it would work that way, I would be happy to purchase it,
because this is making me crazy, I am online with comcast online chat at this
very moment and I think I have them stumped as well, They have told me its
Windows Mail that is causing the problem, and I really think its a comcast
issue. My other domains/emails with primary and secondary emails download
fine/appropriately as well as reply automatically they way they should. So I
truely believe it is a comcast issue.
Thanks for your response. If comcast fesses up and solves my issue, I will
post an update to let anyone else know what the resolution would be.

okay update:
Comcast now says its because my secondary accounts are still migrating to
the new "Smartzone" they say it will take 72 hours. so we will see. Hopefully
that is it.

I suspected that it had something to do with the account setup on Comcast's end.
