Setting up default print settings for other users

I am setting up a color PPT presentation and the other users want to be able
to print it normally ('as is') to their various printers (both color and
black/white printers) without having to make changes in the print window.
How can I set up a general print default setting (not checking off certain
things in the Print window)?

I understand that I can't set defaults for each and every printer. But the
least, I want to NOT have the Grayscale or Pure Black/White options checked
off as a default setting, no matter what printer they print to. I tried to
set it up in Tools/Options/Print as the default, but when I go to print and
assign a new printer, it reverts back to having the Grayscale checked off.
Help.... what am I missing?!

Are you having trouble with black & white or grayscale when printing? If so,
adjust those settings before you send them to others by going to View > Color
Grayscale. Viewing in Grayscale or Black and White and adjusting the settings
here, will eliminate cross-computer/printer problems.
