Default print option in Powerpoint to pure black and white.

The printing option ( Color/grayscale )is always dependent
on the windows default printer. If colour printer is
default, the printing option ( Color/grayscale ) in
powerpoint is color. If windows default printer is black
and white, the print option ( Color/grayscale )is always
grayscale. May I know how to set the printing option (
Color/grayscale ) in Powerpoint, default to Pure black and
white regardless of the windows default printer.

Go to Tools > Options > Print and set your printer settings to Black and
White.

Bonus FYI: This sets the print defaults for the current presentation, not
PPT as a whole.
