Setting up an email account

I am trying to set uo an email account in outlook but when I am asked for my
outgoing ans incoming server I'm not sure what to put in these boxes. I think
my incoming server is POP3. Please can someone help me.
 
Visit the help pages of your ISP, as the settings are unique to your ISP

PS Your ISP may have instructions for Outlook Express only, the settings are
the same for Outlook
