Setting up a Printer

Hi,
I have an epson Stylus C 44 Plus, and I have not been able
to set it up.
I have tried everything.....(I think) but it during the
set up it says 'RPC server not available'.
Please Help.

From the command prompt, type

sfc /scannow

(note there is a space between the c and the /

Reboot the PC.

Try to install the printer again.
