All the lights are flashing on my Epson Stylus Photo 875DCS Printer. It will
not load up when I turn it ON. I can not make the Ink move over to change
it. I talked with Epson and they said send it for repair. That will cost
more than the printer is worth....HELP!

If Epson say it's dead, then it probably is. Time to get a new printer if
it's not under guarantee.

From their web site for this printer:

Selected FAQ

Q: Why are all the lights on the printer flashing?
A: When all the lights flash, your printer may have an internal error.
Verify that all packing material has been removed. Instructions for removing
the packing material will be found on a notice in the box. If the printer
has not made any noises for more than five minutes, turn off the printer.
Open the cover and check for any obstructions. Power on the printer to see
if the error still occurs. If the unit still gives an error, please contact
the EPSON Connection Technical Support for further assistance.

Since this unit has been discontinued service will be expensive and if there
isn't a hung up piece of paper in the unit it is time to get rid of it and
buy another.
