Setting Up a Limited User Account

My wife wanrs her own login, so I set up a limited account for her. But I
find that I can't get that account connected to the Internet.
The Internet Connection Wizard is only accessible when I log in to the
Computer Adminstrator account.
Sounds like a Catch-22. How do I set up Outlook Express and Address Book for
a limited user account?

It's that simple? Thanks.
I thought that folks who have kids would use user accounts to limit their
access to certain programs or certain Internet locations. But surely they
must have access to Outlook Express. Can only administrator accounts access
OE?

Don't trust your wife? <jk>
Set her account up as an Admin account then you'll have access.

I'm not sure about OE I don't think limited accounts would have access but I
don't actually use limited accounts on any of my boxes so I'm not certain.
If your worried about the kids though there are many good programs you can
purchase that can be used to limit what oyur kids can view. Plus you can use
IE's built in ratings to only allow viewing of sites rated specifically to
what you want your kids to view and I believe that is a per-user setting.
