setting up 2nd. user internet connection

I am VERY new to windows xp, and I have set up user accounts for myself...and
my wife.
Every time she tries to access the internet, using my (our) only
dial-up access account....she can not.
Perhaps I have not "configured" her account properly?
How can I give her "private" access to the same internet access account , in
my name?
Help
 
Give her access in the Control Panel/User Accounts
Change an account
