Setting the time zone

Hello

i try to built a XPe run-time image in which the time zone is set to GMT+1.
But i find no way to set the time zone in target designer to GMT+1. So my
run-time image has always time zone GMT as default. Is there a way to set the
time zone to GMT+1 in target designer component settings?
