Setting Global Folder Views

Has anyone figured out a way to globally set the views for folders in
Outlook? I saw Brian Tillman's response below but haven't had any luck with
it. I've seen others post that it hasn't worked for them either. Has anyone
gotten this to work? What am I doing wrong? Any other suggestions? Please
help. This is driving me crazy!

I feel your pain. I'm going crazy too. There is a way, but it is painful at
