OL2003 - Navigation Pane - Global Font Size Changes

I've been searching on this for a while and thanks to posts, I've been able
to change the text size in the Navigation Pane in OL2003; however the changes
do not appear "globally". I have a PST with numerous subfolders. I've been
going into each one and changing the font sizes for each folder - one at a
time by choosing "View|Arrange By..|Custom|Other Settings..

Again, this works great, but it would be a huge time-saver if I could make
this change "globally" (to all folders/subfolders) as opposed to one at a
time.

Any suggestions on how to do this?
