CHANGING FOLDER VIEWS ANYBODY OUT THERE??

Aparently, there are some instructions about how to accomplish this in
another discussion group but I could not get it to work. In my case, I am
simply trying to change the default view of Outlook 2003 to remove the
grouping and to remove the reading pane for all 50 folders which reside under
one off line personal folder and nothing I have found makes a global change
to these folders. Changing each folder one at at time works just fine but
who has time for this?

Can someone please reply with a set of instructions that has been tested and
works? I really want to change all folders

I found more info than I needed by looking up "Change default views" in Help.
The menu give this> go to View>Arrange by>current view>customize or define
etc.
