setting filter for email in Office 2000

How do I set filters for email in Office 2000? I am receiving 50 plus spam
emails per day. I am tired of sorting through all this garbage and would love
to be able to filter it out before it arrives! Any suggestions?
 
Hi Katarina,
To filter the Junk-mail "before it arrives" use the Junk Filter Service for
your
Mailbox at the Server. Contact your E-mail service to find out the terms.
This would be the most efficient way.
