Sorry, this must be a common question, but none of the posts I found
seem to nail it.
When I open Windows Explorer (XP), it shows the Root of C on the
details side, in Icons view. Also, the icons do not autoarrange. I'd
prefer the view to be Details. So I set it that way. I also go to
Tools>Folder Options>View and apply to all folders, after I've set it
up the way I like. AND... as if though I were not picky enough... I
want the window to open maximized. It always opens Restored.
So how can I set up the Windows Explorer to show the right pane in
Details view, have it open Maximized, and whatever else I want, and
have it show that way EVERY time I open explorer.
Sorry again if I missed this answer in my Google search.
