What is my incoming mail (POP32 or IMAP) server
What is my outgoing email server (SMTP) name

When you configure an email account you need to specify the names /
addresses of 2 things - the machine you want to contact to get your email
from and the machine you want to use to send email to other people.

The POP3 or IMAP server is the machine you want to download your mail from.
The SMTP server is the machine you want to use to send your mail for you.

Depending on who you use for your email depends on what settings you put
here, for example I see you are using a Yahoo address in these forums so
therefore I can probably assume that this may help -

seems you need Yahoo plus or something to use POP3 etc...)

Sometimes you get an email account with your internet package - in that
case, your provider can provide your email address, POP3 / IMAP server and
SMTP server information - just give them a call.

Hopefully this is of some use to you.

Good Luck!
Jon

Group you all need to know your ISP provider to find this info out and you
cannot use a free yahoo acct to get this fixed.

Contact your mail provider (most likely the same as your Internet Service
Provider).

Ask the nice man on the end of the phone to walk you through the mail setup
process..
