not Able 2 Rec and Send Mail.Guide me Server name

Hello,

Here im using windows mail 1st time.so when i configure my account
that time im confused to fill information in Set up e-mail server.in Incoming
e mail server type i choose PO3.then under that Incoming mail(POP3 or
IMAP)server: Wat to write in that Text box?and outgoing mail server(SMTP):-
So When i Write only IMAP for incoming and smtp for outgoing then this
error comes.which are under below.

server name correctly.
Account: 'IMAP', Server: 'IMAP', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

server name correctly.
Subject 'hiiiiiiiiiiiii wmail', Account: 'IMAP', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D


So plz Solve my Error.so I can use Windows mail.

The correct server names and other information you need is all available
from your ISP, the folks you get your Internet service from. If they have a
web page, that info will be available on it somewhere and you can always
call them.

Anks, in case your ISP is not your mail provider, get the information from
your mail provider's website, or else, tell us who the mail provider is,
and we will look up that information for you.
