You are using Comcast as an IMAP account???

Change the SMTP port to 587 and make sure: My Server Requires
Authentication is checked.

Comcast does not support the IMAP protocol.
Delete that account, restart Windows Mail, then create a POP3 account
using the directions given by Comcast:
http://www.comcast.com/Customers/FAQ/FaqDetails.ashx?Id=2288

Although those directions were written for Outlook Express,
Windows Mail uses the same settings.
