Flo

I am having trouble sending e-mail. It comes up and ask my Incoming Mail
Server (POP 3, IMAP, HTTP)

Incoming Mail (POP 3, IMAP SERVER)

Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name

I don't understand what I need to put in the blank. I'm not very familar
with Vista.

I see you posted with a Yahoo email address. Is that your
only email address? US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail
access only, no POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not
webmail. There are two Yahoo solutions:

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail via your browser, you can continue to use that.

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/overview/index.html
and use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

If you are OK with using a non-Yahoo email address, you have two other
solutions:
3. Use the email address assigned to you by your ISP.
4. Get a free Gmail account.

Hi Gary

Can you help me, as you seem to know what you are talking about. My windows
mail does not allow any emails from Btconnect.com but does with all other
emails. I have asked my email and webhosts but they seem clueless.

When your BTconnect.com correspondents send email to you, do they
receive a non-delivery notice?
Also make sure that btconnect.com was not inadvertently added to the
Blocked Senders list: Tools, Junk E-mail Options, Blocked Senders.
