Set up printers for new users?

I have a new Terminal Server and I want all the users to have a common set
of printers when they log in.

What is the best way to do this?

I usually accomplish this thru a login script. In the login script I use the
adprintx.exe utility to map my printers. I've used it for almost 3 years and
its the best thing ever.
