set outlook profile on networked computers

Outlook 2000 on XP.
We have three computers networked and a 3rd party CRM program 'Maximizer' is
allowing all pc's to access Outlook. It works seamlessly as it should,
except, a pop-up relentlessly appears asking us to provide our Outlook
'profile'. Even though we repeatedly choose Microsoft Internet Settings and
click for default (in each computer) it keeps coming up every few seconds.
Hard to work with this as it takes over the screen until dismissed.
Would really like someone's suggestions for eliminating this.
Cheers - Don

I'd ask the makers of Maximizer.
