CRM Exchange Server and Windows 2000 Pro

Okay,

Here is the deal. We just installed CRM on our server. I am trying to set
up at a remote location the client for CRM. To get email in Outlook we have
to set up a new profile. The only documentaion I can find is specific for
Windows XP. Does anyone know how to create a new profile in Windows 2000 Pro
that can work with an exchange server.

Thanks,

Jeff

Sue,

Thanks for that input however I already know that. What I am trying to find
out is once your there what is the proceedure. The XP Pro talks about RCP
over HTTP and there is nothing like that in Windows 2000 Pro. I have put in
all the information that it asks for in "Mail" and it does not work.

Thanks,

Jeff

What specifically doesn't work? What information did you enter? In general, all you need is the server name and mailbox alias. What version of Outlook are you using? Outlook is a component of Office, not the operating system.
