Outlook 2007 will not send to all recipients

I'm in the process of updating our office pc's and I'm running into a
problem.

I'm running an Exchange 2003 server and Microsoft CRM 3.0 for our
customer database.

The current user configuration is Windows XP sp2, Office 2003 using
Outlook 2003. With the current configuration when a user wants to send
an e-mail to multiple recipients (3 or 4) they click the TO: button
and choose the CRM contacts from the Address Book dropdown menu. After
they select the recipients they show up as an underlined name. When
they send the e-mail everyone receives it.

I have made a new computer and loaded it with Windows XP sp3, Office
2007 using Outlook 2007. Joined it to the domain and setup Outlook and
it automatically populated the correct user name and configured itself
with only a couple clicks. (very nice) After the configuration it
synchronized all the folders and everything appears to be correct. The
account will send and receive e-mails just fine as long as the user
does not try to send to multiple CRM recipients. This is the problem.
The user just like before generates a new e-mail and clicks on the TO:
button and selects his recipients the same way but now when he sends
the e-mail it only goes to the first name listed on the TO: line. If
he sends to multiples from the Global Address book it works correctly.

Somehow it's not completely working with CRM Contacts.

Any Ideas? I will be happy to try to provide more information if you
need it.

Thanks for you time.

Well, why not start with what actually happens? Do you get a failed delivery
status notification, or does everything seem to work, just that the person
doesn't receive the message?
