Set fonts for new composing mail

Hi,

Can any one guide me how can i set my desired font color for composing new
mail in outlook 2003.
i have tried the following Tool\option\mail format\fonts.... but there are
limited option for changing font color.
I want to customize font color of my choice. does anyone know how can i do
the same?
