Set Allow Inhertiable on Objects

Is there a way to check the "Allow Inheritable Permission" flag on multiple
objects? I've delegated tasks to my help desk but they can only perform tasks
on certain user objects. I found that some of them have the box checked and
some don't. Not sure how that happened but I need a way to do this. I've
looked at DSACLS but it doesn't look like it can do what I need. I don't need
to add permissions, just check off the "Allow Inheritable Permission" box.

The quickest way (one check box to set) I know is to use Security
Explorer http://www.scriptlogic.com (Scriptlogic). It can be done
there even remotely. BTW, they've just released new major update.
