Service Pack

My system has XP SP3. I was cleaning it out and deleted all the updates
except SP3. In system info it says SP3. I am missing some things that may
have come with previous service packs. For example I can't load the fax
service.

Should I download SP3 and reinstall or can I download SP1 and SP2, with
three already on. Should I remove SP3 and start again? If I go to my
original CD, will it fill in the pieces?

XP fax service gets installed thru "windows components" found in sub-menu
of add/remove programs,or install xp cd,locate it in the main menu.Whether
SP1,2,or SP3 is installed,this component loads in any of them.
