Service pack 4

My windows 2000 term serv crashed and I had to restore system state data, all
went well except for the fact my last system state backup was prior to my
service pack 4 install. I can see service pack 4 in my add remove programs. I
was wanted some direction on how to get service pack 4 back on my server.
Should I remove it then re-install it or just re-install ?

Rerun the SP4 install. In the future I'd recommend making image based
backups before and after any change to your server so you can restore quickly
from any problem. There are many programs to do this, the most common is
Symantec Ghost.
