Service pack 4 Setup error

Hi all ;

Trying to install Service pack 4 on Windows 2000
Professional. I am getting Popup window Service pack 4
Setup error saying "The File C:\Winnt\Service pack
Files\i386\plasmc.sys is open or in use by another
application. Close all other applications and click retry.

No other applications are open or running at the time.

Tried Both Express installation and the slower one
(Network installation) same result.

Please Help!!!!!

Try installing it in safemode
