Service Pack 4 no internet connection

i need to get service pack 4 but have no internet
connection - I tried to do it from a floppy but it told be
to get support from mirosoft and I can't find any way of
doing it without being connected

Hi Aileen

If you phone microsoft they will send you a CD
with SP4 on it
