Problem downloading the service pack!!!

Hello...

I've one problem...Can you give me instruction on how
to download a version of the service pack that does not
require a Web connection during installation.

I tried to download Service pack 4 but I can't because
it need to connection to Web....I'd to download Service
pack before download internet to my computer.

Be sure to choose to download the "Network Installation" which does not
require an Internet Connexion during Setup of SP4.
