servers continually rebooting

W2k Advanced Server SP3, continual reboots with Dr Watson
Lsass.exe error with Event ID 4097 generated an
application error. Event iID 6008 the previous shutdown
was unexpected. Help this is really starting to annoy.
 
restore ad
then run
SECEDIT /REFRESHPOLICY MACHINE_POLICY /ENFORCE
SECEDIT /REFRESHPOLICY USER_POLICY /ENFORCE
 
That didn't work. It's still happening.
