Hi, we have a Windows 2000 Advanced Server with Service
Pack 4 that is configured as a PDC. The Server randomly
restarts (after 10 or more days) and the following Event
appears." Event ID: 6008
The previous system shutdown at hh:mm:ss on dd:mm:yyyy
was unexpected." Any suggestion?

We got the same problem (5 servers out of 30 servers) and
was fixed by the security update KB828749 - MS03-049

Thanks but we have allready patched the server with this Security Update
Any other suggestion?

How do i check if a program uses the InitiateSystemShutdownEx function
with the force flag?
Maybe this is the problem but where should i look for it?
The server is a Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP4 (no evaluation ).
