ID event 6008 - unexpected stop server

One of our server (Windows 2000 adv server) has stopped many times without
any reasons.

In the system log event, we can see the event ID 6008 (unexpected stop
system server).
Is there a solution to monitor what process or what command has provoked
this system stop ??
