unecpected shut down!!!!!!!!!!! very urgent

operating system is Windows 2000 advanced server with SP4.

To help we will need more details. What other event errors do you have in
the system event log? Any recent hardware or software changes? Does anything
seem to be not working correctly?

can u please tell me is this problem with Hardware or
Software.

if it is with hardware , i will go for different server.
