EventID 6008

Hi,
I have a windows2000 advanced server installed which is Network Load
Balanced server. I am getting every 15 min. an error in the event viewer
with ID 6008 which states that "The Previous System shutdown at 12:38:15PM
on 1/13/2004 was unexpected". I searched the microsoft site and even the
patch available from Microsoft doesn't guarantee that the problem can be
fixed with it. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue.
