Server reboots Unexpectedly

We have a Windows 2000 advenced server running sp3 that
seems to reboot at will... There are no programs installed
on the server that are scheduled to reboot the server. The
only error in event viewer is error 6008. Anyone have any
ideas on what the problem could be???

try reapplying service pack 3. I have the same problem and I will be
reapplying it tomorrow. I don't know if it will fix it or not.
