Server Problem

Hi
Hope I am in the right forum, I am unable to download "Main Newsgroups"
(Error Message recieved.)
"Server could not be found" "Configuration account News Freeserve.com
server
"Protocol NNTP Port 119"

Not a clue what this means, any ideas as to how I connect to the right
server??
