Server Error

I am running Front Page 2002 with Windows XP. I am
trying to edit my web
site with FTP and when I try to save it I get the error:
Server error: the
server extentions were unable to access the
file "C:\Documents and
settings\kurt\my documents\my webs\_vti_pvt\service.lck"
Please check the
file permissions. I searched on the web and found some
download on microsoft
and net sites. I downloaded something and it fixed the
problem but I noticed
it deleted all my documents so I had to restore to an
earlier point to get
them back and back up my computer. Then I couldn't find
what I downloaded
that fixed it and I didn't write down. DOes anyone have
any ideas. PLEASE
HELP! I am not to computer savy either so please talk
slow..

With FP closed, open Windows Explorer, then open
C:\Documents and settings\kurt\my documents\my webs\_vti_pvt\
and delete: service.lck

Have no idea what you might have downloaded.
