Importing Web Site Problem

I've got FP loaded on 2 machines on my home net and I want to import a web
site from one to the other. When I do a reverse publish i get an error that
the server extensions are unable to access the file ...\_vti_pvt\service.lck.
Please check file permissions etc...

Has anyone seen this before?

This is usually the result of a Publish operation that failed to complete
normally.

Stop IIS, delete the service.lck file, then start IIS.
