When I publish from my PC to the real Web site (run bu my ISP) I get this
message: Server Error: The Server extensions were unable to access the file
:C:\Web Site Jan 31\web site Temp Backup\_vti_pvt\service.lck". Please check
the file permissions. (This is a site I published to after cehckign "Publish
to File System" I'm using it as as a backup) I developed the new version on a
different computer and wanted to keep the current version until I
successfully published the new one.
Do I have to publish from the same place every time or what's wrong?

Find the file service.lck in Windows Explorer and delete it.
Open the site in FrontPage and run Tools->Recalculate Hyperlinks

And publish it to a top level folder w/o spaces in the name
- Say: C:\WebSiteBackup
