Server Error - Help Please

As of yesterday, I started getting an error that keeps me from opening up my
web site in FP 2003. The error message says

"Server Error: The URL "L:\Web" is not contained within a Windows Sharepoint
Services site." whenever I try to open my web site in fp 2003.

Any help is appreciate.

No...It was a regular folder - and set up before I worked here. Can I
modify the folder to be a Web folder?
