Server Busy Popup

I often get a 'Server Busy'pop up, even when I'm offline.
It has a dark blue border acrpss the top tht makes it look
like it's from Windows. Inside the top blue margin it
says, 'Server Busy'. In the bottom white box it
says, 'This action canot be completed because the other
program is busy. Choose "Switch To" to activate the busy
program and correct the problem.' There are then 3 tabs
available, Switch To, Retry and Cancel which is always dim
and cannot be selected. If I select 'Switch To' the Start
menu pops up. If I then click on my desktop the start menu
bar goes down and the pop up disappears. Very annoying.
I've scanned for viruses many times and always have Norton
virus protection running in the background.

Try a spyware application such as Ad-Aware, Spybot and others. Do a Google search.
