Server Busy Popup

I keep getting the popup "Server Busy" This action cannot
be completed because the other program is busy. Choose
switch to to activate the other program and correct the
problem.
This has just happened within the past few weeks and it's
driving me crazy. Can anyone help?

Might help us to know when you get that message? eg Boot up or when running
a particular program or random?

Otherwise seems to be lots of possible causes...
