Server Busy???

me again, more complaining!
when i turn my computer on and logon, it starts to load,
but as it does a message comes up saying Server Bust
and 'switch to' 'retry' 'cancel' it stays there and i
cannot get rid of it unless i press 'switch to' but by
doing this the start menu pops up and another server busy
box comes in. the only way to stop this is to leave the
computer to start up for about 10mins and then it is
fine. does this box mean anything is wrong?

thanx

What does a scan with a current antivirus program (meaning a version not
earlier than 2002 and using updated virus definitions) show? Also,
remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from
www.safer-networking.org and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure
to update these programs before running them. These programs are free,
so run them both since they complement each other. It is best to run
antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe Mode. You may also need to
run CWShredder from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/index.html .
Please read the instructions carefully. A great resource for dealing
with spyware is http://www.spywareinfo.com. Also, make sure you've
visited Windows Update and applied all security patches. Make sure you
are running a firewall.
