Server Appears Problem.

I have install a new member server in my W2K domain. The server appears at
the Active Directory but not at the Network Places. As result I cannot create
a map drive from a client pc to my new server, even if I use the IP address
(ping works).
I can´t "arrive" to this server.
 
Make sure WINS and DNS are configured correctly.
