serious error

hi

every time i turn my computer and the desktop icons load i recieve a message saying "the system has recovered from a serious error " and i click for details it shows this C:/windows/mini-dump/Mini 030704-01.dm
C:/docume~/Owner/Locals~I/temp/werq tmp.diroo/sysdate.xm
this message comes on my computer every time i turn on my computer i came on today too
please help me i am going crazy

Restart your computer
During the restart hit F8 constantly untill the boot menu comes up

Select safe mode and boot into it

If your able to get into Safe Mode restart your computer
Hopefully you will be back up and running

If not restart in Safe Mode again
Do a System Restore.
