serious error message

i tried everything but they all failed when i turn on my computer and everything loaded a error message comes up and say
"the system has recovered from a serious error" every time i go to my computer and everything loaded the message still comes up i got the technical information: C:\WINDOWS/Minidump/Mini 031804-04.dm

C:\docume ~1\Owner\Locals ~1\Temp\WER9.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xm

Error signatur
