strange happenings in xp

2 days ago,everytime i disconnect from the internet,my
computer reboots itself.also now i get an error message
that says"c:\windows\minidump\mini020904-03dmp
and c:\docume~\nicole\locals~1
\temp\wer1.tmp.diroo\sysdata.xml

please help

You have memory problems and/or hardware problems
To check info you can openevent viewer in ADM. (control-panel)
and/or go to search at microsoft.com,type:315271
