Multiple Troubles with Outlook 2002

When sending, usually with small photo attachments I get
Sending and Receiving reported error (0x800CCC0F) :
'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem
continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider
(ISP).'"

Sometimes I get 0x8004210A
Sometimes I get 0x80040109

When I go to Outbox before msgs are sent the type changes and it
seems I should resend which I do.

Sometimes Outlook shows as closed on taskbar, but has not closed and
will not close gracefully when I shutdown.

Connect speed varies from 14.6 to 32. Never higher than 32. Usually
connect about 26.4. I live in a rural area.

I have reinstalled once or twice.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

B Dillon

This may be the answer but I didn't have this problem with Outlook
2002 using my old computer and Windows 98se??

There were no comments on this seeming trivial item, but it does
appear to happen when outgoing messages are in the outbox and I do not
open them just look at the outbox?

Every time this has happened my PDA has been undocked.

I figured this was local phone or ISP, just wanted to see if anybody
else has very erratic connections speeds.

I have detected and repaired several times as well as reinstall.
No help yet.

I would guess it is a security update from MS or antivirus/antispam
update??
