Sending and Receiving Error

Sending and Receiving reported error (0x8004210A) The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the
receiving (POP) Server

I have contacted my ISP and my time was reset so that it
would not time out. I have deleted and re added the email
account several times.

I have attempted to download the Explorer 6 packet and
other updates for ms outlook 2002. Plus a host of other
trouble shooting solutions without success.

Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file after one of these timeouts?
