sending photos by email

Hi all,

I used to be able to send pics through the MY PICTURES folder by right
clicking them and then a window would pop-up asking me if I wanted to make
them smaller. This window is no longer poppping up with .jpg pics. To make
things even more confusing it pops up if the pic is saved as a .bmp. Is
there a default that got changed here somewhere. Somebody pls help me to get
that pop-up box back.

I was having the same trouble when I would use the command "email this file"
under files and folders task. I read to type this and it worked great.

Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the opening textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
